Return & Refund Policy
NOTE: Please send us the product photos for verification before proceeding.
If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know, then provide us the required photos, and we'll send you a replacement immediately. (Email: email@example.com)
Otherwise, please return the defective product to us as we need it for claim purposes. Please send us the photo to prove this is your purchased item, and we will send you the return address. We do not accept any return without getting the return address and photo verification.
We are unable to accept incorrectly purchased products, customer's negligence, and products damaged due to customer error. Lastly, we do not accept returns and refunds/resend for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly (address error by the customer).
**Crystals / Orgonite / Dream Catcher / Sculpture or any Handmade Items:
All our crystals, orgonite, dream catcher, sculpture or any handmade items are custom made and built and being crafted and adjusted by hand to make sure it has the best quality in order to satisfy your needs. Our team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers, therefore we STRICTLY DO NOT offer refunds on orders made by mistake, dissatisfaction, customer's negligence or change of mind. Once an order is placed, the item is considered sold.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please state the specific and clear reasons. Please send us the product photo for verification and send the product back to the provided address from us. We'll refund your money.
We usually process orders on the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after your purchase and, we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we cannot make any promises.
If the items(s) has/have already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make any changes to the order. In that case, you can return the incorrect item to our customer service, and we will swap it for the correct item.
If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.
1 Year Warranty
1 Year Warranty means your purchased item from Mantra Zen is underinsured for ONLY 1 year. You could only claim 1 time of your broken item within 1 year starting from the day you receive the item.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty means your purchased item from Mantra Zen is underinsured for a lifetime. You could only claim 2 times of your broken item without any expiry date starts from the day you receive the item.
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.
Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Sadly, we do not offer refunds on sale items. Only regularly priced items are refundable.
