1. How to Order?
Firstly select the product you want to purchase. Then click the "Add to Cart" button. Add all the items you wish to purchase, click the "Checkout" button, fill in your details and complete the transaction.
2. Is my payment information safe and secure?
Yes! Our payment processing platform is 100% secure. Our security tech team is committed to providing you a safe and secure shopping experience.
3. When will I receive my order?
Our team will process your order within 2-3 business days. It will be international mail.
Note: Please expect a 4-6 weeks shipping delay due to the High Volume of Orders during this COVID-19 pandemic period and the new omicron variant.
Almost all European, South American, Caribbean, Asian and African countries will experience a longer shipping time. It might be delayed for more than 6 weeks due to your country's flight restrictions at the moment.
Meanwhile, USA deliveries may be quicker than the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
The outbreak has affected many industries around the world. We will provide our best to speed up and expedite the delivery process.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and we hope you understand that we are unable to control the virus' outbreak.
Also, note that it might take a bit longer than expected, especially during the sales period and holiday seasons.

Special Note for our Canadian customers during COVID-19:
Canada Post had informed us that the number of parcels handled has hit a record high and the country is badly affected by the pandemic.
Canadian Post will arrange delivery as soon as possible while ensuring the safety of their staff and complying with the pandemic regulations. Delivery time to Canada will be delayed and is expected to take around 20-35 days.
Kindly be prepared in advance if you have orders for the relevant area.
4. Is the Order Tracking number available?
Yes. If you have not received it, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
5. Can I make changes to my Order or Shipping Address?
Usually, our team will process the orders on the same day they are placed. If you need to change your order or shipping address, kindly contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours after your purchase. We will help and assist with the change, BUT we cannot make any guarantees.
If the items have already been shipped out from our fulfillment center, we cannot amend or make any changes to the order. In that case, you may return the incorrect item to our customer service and we will swap it for the correct item.
6. What are the shipping costs/rates?
Shipping rates depend on the package's actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher) and the pick-up place and destination.
7. What is your Return Policy?
